In human centered design we must remember that our colleagues and clients are also humans. And so the design can also be centered around them as well as the end user. #empathy
if all design is based on empathy, why do we create siloed disciplines?
if you must judge someone try not to think ‘he doesn’t know what he’s talking about’ and try more to think ‘he’s talking about something in a way I can’t comprehend’
